As a body-oriented art therapist, with "Vedyava Visions," I create creative spaces of visibility, appreciation, self-acceptance, transformation, empowerment, and connection for women and FLINTA* individuals, allowing them to access their authentic selves away from societal norms and taboos, through body wisdom and the creative process. These are spaces where femininity in all its facets is revered, through artistic self-experience with body art, photography, and menstrual art.
