GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Artworks
Please note that for artworks that have been custom-made, personalized, or produced in limited editions, there is no right of withdrawal (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB). Returns are excluded in these cases.

Merchandise Items
For non-customized items from our merchandise collection (e.g. posters, t-shirts, accessories), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies, starting from the date you receive the goods.

If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, please return the item(s) at your own expense to the following address:

Please keep your shipping receipt until we have confirmed the receipt of your return in writing.

Important return conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

• No signs of use, stains, odors, or damage.

Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

International Returns
For returns from outside the EU, it is essential to clearly declare the package as a return.
If the return is not correctly declared, customs duties or import fees may be charged, which we will have to invoice you for.

Refunds
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used.
