DELIVERY TIME

Within Germany:
Current delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after receipt of order.

Within and outside the EU:
Current delivery time is 5 to 15 business days after receipt of order.

You will receive a separate shipping confirmation via email once your order has been dispatched.

Other EU countries
DHL: €15.95
Taxes and duties are included in the product price for all deliveries within the EU.

Non-EU countries
DHL: €29.95

For all deliveries outside Europe, customs duties and import taxes (such as VAT, customs fees, etc.) may apply. These are determined by the destination country, based on the country of origin and classification of the item, and will be charged once your package arrives in your country.
We do not collect duties or taxes during checkout and cannot predict their amount. Any such charges must be paid by the customer in order for the package to be cleared by customs. Please contact your local customs office for more detailed information regarding your country’s regulations.

 

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

For deliveries within the EU:
There are no customs or import fees for orders delivered within the European Union.

For deliveries outside the EU:
Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are determined by the destination country. These charges are calculated based on the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are levied once the package reaches the destination country.
Galerie Newman does not collect these fees at checkout and cannot estimate their amount, as they vary from country to country.
Any such additional charges must be borne by the customer in order for the shipment to be released by customs.
