Maribel Medina Rodriguez (she/her) is a trained interior decorator and object and installation artist from Essen.
In addition to creating stage designs and costumes for theater productions and performances, she develops her own works, which always show a clear political and feminist stance.
She is part of the z.art collective, which organizes low-threshold workshops and art education programs, and has participated in several event collectives in the Ruhr area, organizing concerts, exhibitions, and festivals.
Furthermore, she has played as a bassist in various projects in the fields of noise and experimental music.
