Katrin Neudeck's works are an impulsive and passionate expression of her feelings and perception of the world. Connection, (self-)awareness, love, and sociopolitical themes are reflected in her works. Her work is characterized, among other things, by the polarity between uniforms and norms and the individuality and uniqueness of every being. Literary and musical influences play a central role in her artistic process—alongside nature as her greatest source of inspiration. 

She prefers to work with acrylic paints on canvas, paper, and wood, often using a variety of materials and techniques for a single painting. She uses palette knives as her brushes. Distinct textures, highs and lows, and contrasts bring tangible vibrancy to her works.

Born in Thuringia in 1984, she now lives in her adopted home of Leipzig and devotes herself entirely to art.
