Juan Carlos Arteaga Flórez

Juan Carlos Arteaga Flórez (born 1978 in Bogotá, Colombia) studied art at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia and has worked as a freelance artist since 2005. His works have been shown in numerous exhibitions in Colombia and Germany. In addition to painting, drawing, and collage, he realizes projects in applied art, fashion, and book illustration. Since 2011, he has lived in Berlin, where he is particularly fascinated by the combination of found objects and his own creations in collages—a reflection of the dynamism and diversity of modern life.
