Jorgito
Jorgito ( born 1997 in Rondon do Pará, Brazil ) is an architect and visual artist based in Lisbon. In his paintings, he explores queer bodies, desire, and intimacy, focusing on emotional and sensual narratives. Combining instinct and intention, he creates multi-layered, immersive compositions that reflect memory, eroticism, and personal experience.
After studying architecture at FUMEC (2019) and fine arts at Escola Guignard (2021), he is dedicated to developing his own visual language that questions conventional norms and embraces the complexity of queer identities. His practice combines traditional techniques with experimental approaches to engage viewers in intimate and transformative encounters.
Jorgito's work has been exhibited in Portugal and internationally. He continues to explore the intersections of body, space, and desire in painting and curatorial projects.
