Collection: Jens Schubert

Jens Schubert, born in 1983 in Schwarzenberg in the Ore Mountains, is a German artist. In 2004, he began studying painting and graphic arts at the Academy of Visual Arts in Leipzig. There, he studied under Annette Schröter until he received his diploma in 2009. That same year, he also began his master's degree program with her, which he successfully completed in 2011. He was awarded the prestigious Marion Ermer Prize for his artistic work.

Since then, several publications have appeared on his work. Works by Jens Schubert are included in the collections of the Art Fund of the Free State of Saxony and the Museum of Fine Arts Leipzig, among others.
