Wavy, interlocking layers of color, interspersed in places with dripped opera pink watercolor. Created during the artist's menstruation; waves of pain and blood symbolically poured onto the fabric. Powerful and delicate. When we have time to rest and give space to pain, when we can take good care of ourselves, much (creative) power can also lie in this time.
