Færyn's work "Moonblood Drops" depicts the collection and use of moonblood (menstrual blood) within the cycle. Often when Færyn tells someone that dey paints with moonblood, the reactions are very restrained, sometimes shocked, and occasionally a little disgusted. Menstruation is still tabooed by patriarchal structures. As we all know, it is therefore massively under-researched. From the vulva painted with moonblood, the blood peacefully drips into the witch's cauldron cup, which stands on the mirror of society. Let us make visible the energy, connectedness, and beauty that lies within our blood. Let us use the power, femininity, and magic in moonblood. Let us blossom and reorder the system.
